Scrum Master- Antwerp Belgium

  • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach & PM in technical development and operational environments.
  • Demonstrable background in software development , e.g. as an engineer, architect, team lead, or product owner.
  • Strong coaching skills , with a focus on collaboration, ownership, open feedback, and delivery rhythm.
  • Experience with multi-team coordination (e.g., cross-functional teams, distributed teams, international).
  • Experience with scaling methodologies such as SAFe , Nexus, or multi-team Scrum.
  • Strong communication skills and smooth stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar tools .
  • The ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex technical products (e.g. hardware-software integration).
  • Certifications such as PSM I/II, SAFe SSM, SAFe Practitioner , or equivalent.
  • Experience in critical environments regarding availability and security requirements.
  • Experience guiding Agile transformations and/or training Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
